First time trying Flippers and mind blown! So yummy 🤤 Tried the following: 1. Egg Benedict Pancake (4/5) I didn’t try this at all, but note that it came with 2 pancakes. 2. Mocha (4/5) Decent mocha that can’t go wrong 3. Matcha Pancake (5🌟/5) I had this all to myself, it came with 3 pancakes and seriously I didn’t expect myself to be able to finish it but I did 😮. The pancakes so fluffy and light, I cannot comprehend. The matcha cream is not gelat at all. Boy, I was damn full after eating them all. It came with small matcha choc bits (I wished they gave more tho) and some maple syrup cos the matcha power maybe slightly bitter for some ppl (it’s perfect for me though!) 4. Fresh Fruit Kiseki Pancake Can you believe a 10 year old girl finished everything and that girl is very picky by the way lol. Fruits were fresh and 🥞 were fluffy fluffy I didn’t give a full 5 stars for atmosphere because of the way the restaurant is designed. I was eating under the ☀️, but the staff gave us cold water (free to take btw) to cool us down. There’s a circular table in one corner which is under the shade, so if you wanna dine there in the day, make sure to snag that seating!

i went to SG for a business trip and came across this store in a mall. there is a line waiting so i became curious. i waited and was able to get inside. the staff Herbert was so friendly and nice! great customer service! this is the best pancake i ever had in my entire life. omg God must love me to make me try this amazing food! the coffee was supperb too! this is a must try. i will definitely come back again. so sad we dont have this in Dubai

Super Fluffy Japanese Soufflé Pancakes, We ordered Caramelised Banana with Chocolate Ice Cream and it was heavenly amazing. Patience is The Key, each and every Pancakes is made from scratch so it takes time. End product is a super fluffy and bouncy pancakes that literally melt in your mouth. Chicken Katsu Sandwich is Crunchy and tastes good too and it only available for lunch period, from 12pm to 5pm. Paired it with Lunch super deal, Japanese Chicken Katsu Sandwich, Subarashii !!!

The service is pretty bad. Food is too expensive for this kind of service. The staff is not attentive enough, and they were so rude. During sunny days there is no shade from the glass roof in Bugis Junction, so it gets very hot. A nearby stall has actual shade so I don't know why this cafe does not have. Lastly the seating is too cramped for a restaurant, and food preparation takes too long.

Finally got to try out this joint… Decided to try out the savoury eggs Benedict with avocado, salmon and prawn instead of the sweet treats as I’m always carried away by the glorious sweet stuffs. I really like how they pair a slice of orange instead of lemon with the side salad with sesame sauce. The clash of taste was pretty interesting. Eggs Ben was well executed, prawn a little tiny and dry, otherwise all is pretty yummy, nothing to wow about. I felt I didn’t quite make a good choice as the soft and gooey eggs didn’t had a good contrast in texture with the also soft and fluffy pancakes, as such it was just all soft and mushy. Price is a little higher than average and the seats were not so good… in the middle of the walking corridor with some patrons being right under the sun. Due to the limited space, there is only one cushion seat for 5. Maybe I should try the sweets next round… may be better than my savoury choice….
